Do you feel at home in the world? Are you comfortable in your own skin? Are you seeking greater connection with yourself and others?
Like the Tin Man seeking a heart, the Scarecrow seeking a brain, the Cowardly Lion seeking courage, and Dorothy seeking her way back home, we all desire a greater sense of belonging. How do we find home within so that we can feel at home anywhere with anyone?
Through a mix of guided conversation and energy exercises, we will explore the many meanings of home, all that pulls us away from self-connection and unconditional love, and how to realize who we really are. We will embody and integrate a feeling of home within ourselves in a way we have never experienced.
Come pull back the curtain and discover the home where your truth lives.

We have all been given a golden ticket to live here in the ultimate wonderland: Earth. And yet, once here, we can witness misbehavior galore.
Experiencing struggle and lack can convince us that this is the majority of life, which can then spiral into despair, apathy, and fatigue. This is disempowerment.
Power lies in building a relationship with yourself, purification, following your inner compass to truth, living from your heart, and communicating openly and honestly.
We will use the tools of self-inquiry, self-awareness, and self-understanding to discover and access what purpose, passion, and empowerment look like for you.
This will be a group journey to the true golden ticket in life: self-realization. Time to reclaim your power.

Are you feeling an invisible pull toward the unknown? Are you experiencing a growing divide between your everyday life and what lights you up? Curious to find a new community but don’t know where to look?
DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE is for you. It’s a monthlong exploration of our collective and personal shadows. In this underworld journey, we will focus on self-empowerment, emotional embodiment, and learning discernment to reclaim our sense of freedom and power. It’s deep spiritual exploration done with humor, lightness, and a sense of play.
We will follow the white rabbit together through an intuitively guided mix of meditation, conversation, and energy exercises.
